Delivery times and shipping costs
We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 12:00, we try to ship the same day. However, we are not always able to fulfill this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. There is an indication of the delivery time on the product page. If for whatever reason we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
The prices stated on the products page are exclusive of shipping costs.
The shipping costs are:
€ 2.99 for orders that fit through the letterbox
€6,50 for orders under €50,-
Free for orders from €50,-
Live oats are another method of shipping. This is shipped with our own special delivery service. This is stipulated by law not to send animals with normal delivery services. This delivery method is € 19.99, you can choose this option at the checkout of the order.
Other countries vary in rates, which can be found via DHL and PostNL, among others
Delivery is via the postman or parcel delivery from PostNL, DHL and DPD.
In general, the delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
Information about warranty & returns
Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for return from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us via [email protected]. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
Return exceptions
State the exceptions to the right of withdrawal here. Also indicate with the article itself
clearly indicate that it cannot be returned for the consumer ordered. NB:
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:
- For sealed products. When the seal is broken, these products cannot be returned.
- that have been established by the entrepreneur in accordance with the consumer's specifications;
- which are clearly personal in nature;
- which by their nature cannot be returned;
- which can spoil or age quickly;
- the price of which is subject to fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;
- for loose newspapers and magazines;
- for audio and video recordings and computer software of which the consumer has broken the seal.
