Together with one of the larger bacteria producers in the world, we have developed HS aqua Bacto Turbo. The unique bacteria in HS aqua Bacto Turbo are, as the name suggests, turbo fast and do not need two weeks to develop like old bacteria. The bacteria, specially adapted to the needs of an aquarium/pond, are able to purify the water immediately. In fact, fish in the aquarium are conducive to the development of the “turbobacteria”.

Old situation:
The usual bacteria in the known bacterial starter cultures come from wastewater treatment. These bacteria are used to relatively dirty water. The water in an aquarium is much cleaner than the water to which the bacteria are used. The result of this is that the 'old' bacterial culture can only develop slowly in pure aquarium water.

With HS aqua Bacto Turbo, that's full time
The "turbobacteria" are forms of bacteria that need little nutrition. They therefore occur in moderately to slightly polluted water. Exactly this is the situation in our aquariums. These 'new' bacteria develop particularly well and quickly. So fast that you can immediately place the fish in a newly started aquarium. In the beginning you should make sure that you do not feed too much and that you can intervene in the event of calamities (failure of the pump, too much feed, etc.). However, after a few days a biological balance has been reached in the aquarium. So you don't have to wait long before you can put the first fish in the aquarium, but you can immediately enjoy a beautiful piece of nature.
